General terms and conditions of SKIER, established in Eindhoven.

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements
concluded with SKIER. The moment you place an order via the web
store or via e-mail, you agree to the terms and conditions. SKIER reserves
the right to change and / or expand these terms and conditions.

Your personal data will be included in the SKIER customer
base. SKIER does not provide data to third parties, so your
privacy is not compromised.

It is prohibited to copy, publish, reproduce or
otherwise use text and / or visual material without written permission. SKIER is
forced to take legal action in the event of a violation.

Order and agreement
You can place an order through the order application
on the website You must complete this truthfully and
completely. If you order a tailor-made product, your return right will expire
as you explicitly instruct SKIER to make the product. SKIER reserves
the right to terminate the agreement as soon as you do not comply with the
conditions set by SKIER.

Prices and Payment
The prices quoted are in euros, including VAT and
excluding shipping costs. SKIER is not responsible for
printing errors on the site.

You can pay for the products on the website through an
iDeal or PayPal payment. When payment is completed, production will be
initiated and your order will be processed. If the payment has not been received
by SKIER after 5 days, SKIER will send you a
payment reminder. You then have 3 days to make the payment. If the order is not
paid after 8 days, the order will be canceled.

Shipping and Delivery
We use PostNL for all shipments (both at home and
abroad). All products are sent with a Track & Trace code through a package
service. The costs for all packages are €5,50. For orders over €100,00 no
shipping costs are charged. The order will be sent as soon as the payment has
been credited to the bank account of SKIER. You will receive a
shipping confirmation by email when the order is shipped. Delivery takes place
while supplies last. SKIER informs you when a product is no longer in

Trial period / right of withdrawal
If there is a consumer purchase, in accordance with
the Distance Selling Act (Article 7: 5 of the Dutch Civil Code), you have the
right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 working
days without giving a reason. This period starts when the ordered products have
been delivered. If you have not returned the delivered products to SKIER after
this period, the purchase is a fact. If you want to return products within the
period of 14 working days after delivery, you must report this to SKIER by
email. Make sure you have a form for the return shipment. The products must be
returned in the original packaging (including accessories and any accompanying
documentation) and in good condition. If the products have been used or
damaged, the right to dissolve shall lapse. With due observance of the
provisions in the previous sentence, SKIER ensures that the
purchase amount is refunded to the buyer within 14 days after the receipt of
the return shipment. The return of the delivered goods is entirely for the
account and risk of the buyer.
